Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in
Albuquerque, New Mexico — earn up to ($1584 - $1667 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to
patients in the ER. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training programs. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure
effective treatment plans. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols at all times. Stay updated on the latest emergency care
practices and technologies. Monitor and document patient progress
and response to treatments. Assist in triaging patients based on
severity of conditions. Utilize data to assess and improve patient
care outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities. Communicate effectively with patients and
their families about care plans. Engage in performance evaluations
and feedback sessions. Participate in team meetings to discuss
patient care strategies. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license
in New Mexico with ER experience preferred. Experience in emergency
care, particularly in triage and patient assessment. Strong
communication skills to engage with patients and families
effectively. Commitment to ongoing professional development and
training. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced
medical team. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
in healthcare settings. Proficient in documenting patient care
activities accurately and timely. Eagerness to learn and adapt to
new emergency care technologies. Ability to analyze data to improve
patient care outcomes. Experience in performance evaluations and
