Job Description:

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a capable Analyst Programmer I (Business Systems Specialist) to join our team. The Analyst Programmer I will be responsible for developing and maintaining computer programs, applications, and databases.

This position is available in Albuquerque, NM, and requires U.S. citizenship OR Permanent Residence status.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain computer programs, applications, and databases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

Design, code, test, debug, and implement software solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality and performance.

Document software designs, specifications, and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of six (6) years of relevant programmer experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
