This position requires a strategic thinker who can ensure accurate reporting, improve processes, and collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational decision-making. • Lead financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate potential challenges. • Collaborate with department leaders to provide strategic financial insights and operational support. • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting workflows. • Ensure adherence to GAAP principles and maintain integrity in all financial practices. • Develop and implement policies to strengthen internal controls and improve overall financial accountability. • Support leadership in strategic planning by providing data-driven recommendations. • Mentor and guide the accounting team to foster growth and development. • Address complex financial issues and propose innovative solutions to drive organizational success.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and their application. • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset. • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing accounting professionals.
