Job Description:
Receptionist Albuquerque, NM Answer all calls high volume, on a
multi-line system, transfer calls throughout the company as needed.
Sort, collate, and input invoices, purchase orders, scanned and
uploaded documents. Keep up with insurance – make sure we have
up-to-date info, upload into company database. Prepare daily cash
reports, credit card, and cash. Take all payments as needed. File
all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders. Verify they
are entered once they are paid and then file. Collect references
for credit applications and collect necessary signatures. Accounts
Receivable - Collections Organize office supply orders. Various
tasks as assigned by supervisor. NOTE : This Position Profile is
