Job Description Job Description Job Description The project is to create cost savings for customers by utilizing power at optimal times during the day Once the field sets up the meter on promise of the residence, the Associate will enter the customer information (customer account and information, name, address, meter numbers and specific meter reads into their internal system) A lot of the role is copying from physical paper, excel and client billing system and input that information directly into MV90 (their database) Should take about 10-15 minutes per customer ID Could verify orders from the teams have entered Quality control on data entry to ensure it all accurate in the system Qualifications 1 year of typing experience in a work setting as a data entry, administrative/reception related positions, or bank teller Someone who is focused on accuracy over speed in the role Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to utilize 2 databases at one time Someone who has dealt with quality control in a past role Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
