GET TO KNOW THE ROLE In this role, your typical schedule is 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position serves the Albuquerque, Durango, and El Paso areas, providing you with a diverse and engaging work environment. As a Window and Door Service Tech, you start your day ready to hit the road in your company-provided vehicle. You head to customer sites, providing top-tier service for Pella windows and doors-whether it's diagnosing a draft, adjusting a misaligned hinge, or replacing a broken pane. Each job is a mix of technical skill and customer interaction, ensuring you leave every homeowner thrilled with their improved product. By the end of the day, you have tackled a variety of challenges, made customers' days better, and earned the satisfaction that comes from a job well done.
