The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders and collaborate with various teams throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of multi-family wood framing projects from inception to completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide updates and address any concerns. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project, implementing solutions as needed to keep the project on track. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with multi-family wood framing projects. $20mil Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication skills. Strong understanding of risk management, scheduling, and budgeting practices. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage diverse groups of professionals in a construction environment. Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management and reporting.
