This exciting role is at the heart of our operations, providing first-class customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth running of our front office operations. Established Strong Leadership Job Details Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for consultants. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Maintain an organized and efficient reception area. Support consultants with various administrative tasks as required. Participate in the planning and execution of client events and meetings. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
