Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services, is
seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Boston,
MA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our
clients, providing expert advice and support on our extensive range
of financial products, including retirement planning and brokerage
services. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping clients
with their financial needs and possesses an in-depth understanding
of financial service offerings. This role requires excellent
communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability
to handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
providing comprehensive financial advice and support. Educate
clients on the details of financial products and services
available, helping them make informed decisions. Troubleshoot and
resolve customer concerns related to account management, service
provisions, and product options. Collaborate with other teams, such
as sales and technical departments, to ensure a holistic client
support experience. Keep detailed records of customer interactions,
transactions, comments, and complaints. Maintain a deep knowledge
of company products and services to offer tailored solutions to
clients. Ensure the security and privacy of client data in
accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Strong
understanding of financial services and products Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information
confidentially Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
detail 401k Preferred: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar
credentials
