Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer interactions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of both the client and the company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of financial services and products Proficient in relevant computer applications Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress effectively 401k Customer service training or certification is a plus but not required.
