Job Description Job Description Job Purpose: Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: 1) Must apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. 2) Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices. 3) Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments. 4) Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) in English. 5) Minimum of 4 yr. experience in a high volume Assembly manufacturing environment. 6) Must be able to do mechanical assembly. Education and Experience: 1) Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr. /wk. 2) Must be able to read and understand English. 3) Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. 4) Must be able to properly use manufacturing equipment. 5)Knowledge of basic electronics components 6)Able to identify Resistors, Capacitors ,Transformers ,Inductors ,Components polarity 7) Able to Handload components into PCPA( Prefer to have IPC 610 8)Has experience with quality control of SMT and PTH Benefits Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
