The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage systems and construction, with a strong focus on manual labor tasks such as digging and setting posts. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing gate operators and related systems at various job sites. Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gate operators and access control systems. Perform manual labor including digging, trenching, and setting posts for system installation. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to get to the root of the problem. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Conduct inspections and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in low voltage systems and construction work. Mechanically inclined with a knack for fixing things and troubleshooting complex problems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues quickly and efficiently. Manual labor skills, including digging and setting posts. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and digging.
