introducing seekers to the contemplative Christian path of
transformation. Founded by Franciscan Richard Rohr in 1987, CAC

Albuquerque, CAC programs and resources provide spiritual wisdom
and guidance for inner and outer transformation. CAC offers
learning opportunities through daily meditations, podcasts, online
education, and events, reaching hundreds of thousands of people

and connected world.The OpportunityReporting to the Deputy
Executive Director, the Managing Director of Growth is responsible
for driving the growth of CAC's audience, brand awareness, and
product revenue in alignment with the organization's mission. They
identify growth opportunities, test and scale experiments, and
analyze growth metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to refine
strategies and develop new revenue models.They lead and mentor
CAC's marketing/communications, programs, and events/production
teams, setting growth objectives and fostering a culture of
accountability and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic
Leadership & Business Alignment
- Act as a strategic business partner on the Executive Leadership
Team, ensuring the organization's goals and plans advance its
mission.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Programs
Director, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Director of
Production & Events.
- Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic
marketing and customer lifecycle initiatives.Growth & Market
Expansion
- Create strategic partnerships to extend the company's reach and
unlock new growth opportunities.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to analyze market
trends and identify growth opportunities.Product Development and
Production
- Drive product-led growth initiatives by collaborating with
product management and technology teams.
- Ensure smooth integration of product initiatives with
marketing, events, and content teams.Performance Tracking &
Analysis
- Track key performance indicators related to user acquisition,
retention, and revenue.
- Establish a system for continuous improvement by reviewing
growth metrics and optimizing strategies.Ideal CandidateThe ideal
candidate will be an accomplished leader with a foundation in
growth strategy, marketing, and product development. They should
have strong leadership skills, experience in managing
cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the
contemplative Christian tradition.Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or
related field.
- 16+ years of experience in growth, marketing, and product
development.
- 6+ years of management experience.
- Expertise in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Strong collaborative leader with experience in project planning
tools.Requirements
- Leadership: Effectively manages self and relationships to
accomplish the mission.
- Management: Plans and directs work to create effective
departments.
- Problem Solving: Analyzes problems and applies solutions for
long-lasting change.The salary for this position is
$138,000-$153,000, with a generous total rewards package. This role
is remote in the United States, with a preference for candidates
