Coverage to begin 3/1/2021 or as soon as credentialed-12/31/2021. Interested providers would ideally commit to the full year but must commit to at least 3 months at a time. Setting: Outpatient Clinic

• Requirements include Any State License
• Ideally 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
• CV in Month/Year Format with no unexplained gaps
• Proof of Board Certification
• BLS
• ACLS
• ATLS
• DEA with schedule 1-V
• 3 References to include name, title, phone number and email address Competitive compensation will be paid weekly via direct deposit.
