We are a small school district in Central New Mexico. Our mission is to ensure that every student matters, every student counts. We are seeking a new Part Time School Nurse to join our team. Your role will be to To provide health testing services to our student population.. As a member of the District Health department, you will work with School Site Principals and report to our Supertintendent. What You Will Do: Improve the district's health program Coordinate school health services with city, county & state agencies Perform health liaison services with students, staff, parents Coordinate the operation of the school nurse office Perform other tasks deemed appropriate and necessary to enhance and/or perform health services What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have [year's experience] of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Bachelor's Degree Registered Nurse CPR Certified First Aid New Mexico Nursing Licensure Why You'll Love Us: Jemez Valley Public School District serves approximately 330 students with school boundaries stretching over 1,000 square miles. We do have teacherage units that are available for rent to qualified teaching staff. Salary range for this position is $40,000 starting range based upon experience per year.
