Job Description:

Cross Country Locums (formerly Medical Doctor Associates/MDA) is seeking Locums coverage for an Anesthesiologist in Chinle, AZ. This is a competitive bid. Chinle IHS is in need of an Anesthesiologist to cover a 6 week assignment; June 28th through August 5th, 2022

Requirements:

• 
  
• 
  Must have completed 36 months of Anesthesiology residency training with a minimum of 12 months experience in the specialty
  
• 
  Must not have had a lapse in practice > 12 months leading up to assignment at Chinle
  
• 
  Must provide provider phone numbers, contact names and dates of affiliations with all hospitals and clinics within the last 12 months
  
• 
  Must be board certified or board eligible with the American Board of Anesthesiology
  
• 
  Current, valid, unrestricted license in any state
  
• 
  DEA with schedules II-V
  
• 
  BLS
  
• 
  ACLS
  
• 
  PALS
  
• 
  Please disclose any lawsuits or board actions and any history of drug or alcohol abuse
  
  
  
  Cross Country Locums will assist you with your credentialing and provide you with A ++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
