Job Description:

• BC / BE Family Medicine Physician for Medical Director role
• Federally Qualified Health Center, Indian Health Services, and outpatient clinic located about 1.5 hours from the Albuquerque metro area and 2 hours from Santa Fe
• The health center has 8 exam rooms, procedure room, and onsite ambulance. They provide Primary Care, Oral Health, Behavioral Health, SchoolBased Health and a fully staffed Pharmacy
• Base salary range is $191k201k
• $32k+ incentive plan earning potential (with no true cap)
• $10K signon on, up to $10K relocation
• Health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance
• PTO = 200 hrs (5 weeks) per year
• 9 paid holidays
• 100% occurrencebased malpractice, so no need for tail
• Stipend provided to cover professional expenses
• 40 hrs for CME
