This role is fast paced and will serve in both an administrative front desk role, as well as a Medical Assistant for clinical back-office duties, to include assisting with procedures, triaging, and quality initiative projects.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Primary Care Clinic and is familiar with both processes related to verifying insurance, verifying patient eligibility for services, scheduling appointments handling a multiline phone, plus patient intake duties related to collecting and documenting patient medical histories and information.
