Job Description:
Job Title: -Pharmacy Informaticist
Location: Chinle , AZ 86503Tasks and Duties:--- - - -The applicant
shall perform pharmacist informaticist duties and indirectly manage
patient's needs via informational system or computer-based work as
described in the position description.
--- - -The applicant shall -Coordinate and provide support for
Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software and
hardware programs throughout the hospital campus.
--- - - -Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot MS Access databases
used in the pharmacy, and any additional pharmacy reports as needed
to optimize pharmaceutical services.
--- - - -Oversee the updates of Guardrails Alaris system as needed
to safely administer infusion medications.Education and
Experiences:--- - - -The applicant shall have overall 3 years of
pharmacists' experience, with a minimum of 6 months working as an
CAC informaticist in the speciality.
--- - - The applicant shall possess a current, valid, unrestricted
license in Territory of the United States.
--- - - -If required by this position, the applicant shall have a
valid state driver's licence.
--- - - -Maintain a valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) and basic Life Support (BLS) certifications and are mandatory
for pharmacist.
--- - - -The applicant shall be able to read, understand, speak,
and write English to effectively communicate with patients and
other health care workers.
--- - - -The applicant shall possess advanced knowledge, skills,
and abilities to use a computer.
