Job Description:
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting top talent interested in

Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center
hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are
integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are
prioritized for every patient.
Schedule:
Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:00am; Sundays off; no
overnight shifts
Compensation:
Pay range from $32-$44 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis
experience
Paid 12-week training with preceptor

Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and
ensure quality standards are met
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and
procedures
Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating
changes with physician and families
Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart
reviews
Document required patient education efforts
Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
Lead a small patient care team
Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
Desire to collaborate with care teams
Education/Training:
Accredited nursing degree required
Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities
available
DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including
classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
