Roadrunner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty is the only ER consistently open 24/7 in New Mexico (we never close!) and the only ER that is 100% privately owned. Our daytime tech pay range is $22-26/hour and overnight techs make $23-29/hour based on experience. This is something we've done long-term and something we continue to provide.* CE stipend of $3000/year for all staff, not just doctors.
