Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Med/Surg team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients in a small-town environment. Our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience and develop new skills on a daily basis. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a new graduate, we welcome individuals at all stages of their nursing career to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately document patient care and maintain patient records
- Continuously update nursing knowledge and skills through professional development activities

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure: Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico
- Possess a current CPR card or be enrolled in the next available class
