Job Description: This FQHC is looking for a primary care provider to work in a 100% outpatient setting, with no nights or weekends! Job Info:

Location: Grants, NM
Specialty: IM/FM
Clinical Setting: Primary care, 100% outpatient, Community Health FQHC
Patient Population: All ages
Hours & Schedule, including on-call: M-F 9-5 standard hours but they are flexible to 4 days. Would also consider a part time provider. There is no call. Salary range: 220k-275k tiered system depending on experience. 70k of loan forgiveness over two years, and a 30-40k sign on bonus. Qualifications needed (licenses, certifications, language requirements):
- Vaccination Required (Y/N): Y Board Certification or planning to become NM license
