  • 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
  • Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
  • Ortho, ENT and/or vascular experience a plus
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required
    • BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross
    • NBSTSA or equivalent preferred but not required
      • Schedule Information
      • Start time: 0645 or 0900
      • Shift length: 4 - 10-hour shifts
      • On Call requirements: weekday 4x in 6 wks and weekend call
      • 3 - 12-hour shifts at 0630 start/orientation
      • Weekend requirements: as needed in the rotation
      • Holiday requirements: as needed
      • Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs
      • Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location
      • Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts

        • Scrubs required and not provided by facility

          • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
          • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked
          • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice
          • ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues)
          • Cancellations/Fees: Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive (for travelers cancelling without proper notice)
