Job Description:
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) oversees and guides a team of
technicians and clients, conducting assessments, developing
individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective therapy
implementation. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs,
collaborating with colleagues, and training caregivers to support
client progress. Qualifications required are a Master's in ABA or
related field, BCBA certification, state licensure or active
pursuit, and experience supervising ABA programs. The role involves
physical demands such as responding to challenging behaviors and
safety procedures. Offering a salary of $90k-$108k, benefits
include paid leave, health plans, 401(k), professional development,
and a supportive work environment. Work hours are Monday-Friday,
with no nights or weekends, and flexible shifts based on client
needs.
