Supported by two incredible Perioperative Services Charge Nurses, and working in close collaboration with the PreOp / PACU Nursing Team, this Nurse Leader will find a unit that's structured for success. -ANM of Surgical Services will oversee a high-volume department handling thousands of procedures annually from over a dozen operating rooms. Offering a full range of procedures, from Cardiac and Vascular, to Robotic and Podiatry, this team has the skills and experience to deliver excellence in patient-centered care. -The Perioperative Services Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) will drive clinical staff development by championing mentoring, advanced competencies, and continuous education.
