iDEAL Hire is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum ~ Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel &Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D / Antepartum / Postpartum / Newborn) &Contract: 13 Weeks | Shift: Nights | Start: ASAP &Facility Overview: A leading women’s and children’s hospital in Albuquerque, NM , offering comprehensive care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum , and newborn units. You’ll be part of a high-acuity team that supports mothers and babies across the full perinatal spectrum. &You will rotate through antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn care , providing expert care in a high-paced, collaborative environment. 20 weeks using obstetric acuity tools ~ Evaluate labor status, preeclampsia signs, ruptures, decreased fetal movement, and trauma cases (e.g. Stabilize and prep for delivery or transfer Manage and monitor active labor Immediate newborn stabilization and medication administration Care for postpartum mothers (vaginal & cesarean) Full scope newborn care including: Hearing screens Lab draws, IV starts Circumcision assistance Opiate withdrawal care, stabilization for transport Active New Mexico RN license or Compact EPIC charting experience (training available on-site) Full-service perinatal unit – expect high acuity and team collaboration Epic experience is preferred but training available Ready to join a mission-driven team making a real difference in maternal and newborn health? &iDeal Travel Staffing is dedicated to working with the best of the best in travel healthcare.
