Timings : 6 Am to 6:30 Pm Key Responsibilities: Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor
patient health status and report changes to the RN or healthcare
team Provide patient care, including assisting with daily
activities and ensuring patient comfort Assist in the development
and implementation of patient care plans Maintain accurate patient
records, including progress notes and medical histories
Requirements: Updated Resume Active LPN license in the state NM
Active BLS or CPR certification COVID-19 vaccination card or
