DextroMedical is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a local contract job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Skilled Nursing Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift position in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for an LPN with a strong background in long-term care, who thrives in a team-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician Monitor and report patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Maintain proper documentation and communication with interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards Qualifications: Active LPN Compact License BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required COVID-19 vaccination card required Long-term care experience strongly preferred Required Documents: Driver’s License copy Resume with availability and requested time off (RTO) Current LPN Compact License Completed Skills Checklist Shift Details: Nights 36 hours/week Rotating weekends and holidays may be required Local Pay Rate: $38.00/hr DextroMedical Job ID GEN-8776412-LR.
