Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care. Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient needs, actions, and responses. Coordinate patient care with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Initiate and document appropriate protocols and standards of care. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders or protocols, documenting per policy. Identify and meet patient/family learning and discharge needs from admission through care episode. Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel clinically. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum 2 years in an 18 bed telemetry/progressive care unit. Travel Experience: Must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Skills: Team player, flexible, accustomed to fast-paced environments. Testing: Must pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test onsite during the first week: One re-test opportunity if failed; a second failure results in contract cancellation with applicable fees. Preferred Skills & Experience Epic EMR experience preferred.
