Back-Up Call Only - Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics,
robotics, plastics, GI, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, interventional
radiolog - $40K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus for 24 Month Contract -
$20K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus for 12 Month Contract - 42 weeks/year
(10 weeks off) - Work Back Fee $1,900/shift Paid if contractor
works above the 43 week obligation - Quarterly Bonus based on
metrics - Medical Malpractice: Contractors insurance must be in
compliance with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF). A member of
