Presbyterian is hiring a skilled LPN to provide patient care in the ambulatory urgent care setting according to established standards of care, in collaboration with Care Managers and Medical Providers as members of the primary care team. Assess changes in patient s condition and report to nurse and physician as needed. - Incorporates nursing activities that create a compassionate, supportive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff with the aim of promoting comfort and healing - Applies Exceptional Patient Experience principles and incorporates into care interactions - Other duties assigned Qualifications: - Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited practical nursing program - Licensed Practical Nurse NM - High School Diploma or GED - BLS We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
