PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Los Alamos, New Mexico, 87544! Job Title:

hours Experience: 2 years License: RN License required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Prior PACU experience
Description: This position involves working in a post-anesthesia
care unit. The unit has a total of 3 beds. Patient ratios are
typically 1 to 1 or 1 to 2. The position may require on-call
coverage. Once notified of a case, the staff member must arrive
within 30 minutes. Experience in preoperative care is preferred but
not required. Common diagnoses and treatments include
appendectomies and gallbladder surgeries. The patient population
primarily consists of adults. The unit employs electronic health
record systems. The role will be under the supervision of a
designated supervisor. Dress code includes standard scrubs, with
restrictions on open-toed shoes and fake fingernails. 5 Benefits of
