Job Description MedAdventures is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist Role $2,150 per week Join a mission-driven team providing comprehensive care for older adults in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting. We’re hiring a Physical Therapist who is passionate about functional mobility, fall prevention, and helping seniors stay safe and independent. What You’ll Do: - Deliver physical therapy services in the PACE center, participant homes, and other community locations - Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team - Focus on prevention, independence, and quality of life — not productivity quotas - Participate in team meetings and provide input on long-term care strategies What You’ll Need: - NM Physical Therapist license in good standing - Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with older adults or in a community-based setting - Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - Comfort with home visits and real-world rehab solutions Would you like guaranteed pay for an entire year?
