Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Overview of the Psychiatrist
Position: We are seeking a Psychiatrist to deliver outpatient
mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, with a
focus on disorders such as depression, anxiety, attention issues,
and addiction. This position offers significant clinical
independence, flexible scheduling, and reduced administrative
responsibilities through integrated support services and advanced
telepsychiatry technology. Our practice is dedicated to providing
accessible, high-quality psychiatric care, complemented by a
comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary in a remote
telehealth setting. The clinical leadership of our organization is
provided by a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child,
adolescent, and adult psychiatry, who also holds an additional
board certification in addiction medicine. In our organization,
psychiatrists have the autonomy to manage their practice
effectively. Our support team is dedicated to alleviating
administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate more on patient
care. Additionally, we offer flexibility regarding your work
location and hours, enabling you to tailor your schedule to your
needs. We provide in-network outpatient treatment for individuals
facing depressive, anxiety, attention, and other mental health
disorders. Please note that we do not offer intensive outpatient or

accessibility challenges in mental health care starts with
supporting our psychiatrists. We aim to resolve the difficulties
faced by mental health professionals, from inadequate office
infrastructure in private practices to the pressures of being
overworked and undercompensated in hospitals and clinics. Our goal
is to fill the existing gaps in outpatient psychiatry by delivering
high-quality, respected medical care using modern tools and
approaches. Utilizing proprietary technology designed by
psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the
populations and conditions you are passionate about, allowing you
to build a fulfilling and intellectually stimulating practice. We
believe that psychiatric care should be affordable for patients and
accept all major insurance plans. As an integrated practice, we
have a dedicated team of billing and patient care coordinators who
manage administrative tasks, allowing our clinical staff to focus
on patient care. We participate in E-Verify and will provide the
federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm your
eligibility to work in the U.S. only after a job offer is accepted
and the Form I-9 is completed. For more information on E-Verify,
please refer to the E-Verify Participation and IER Right to Work
resources. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to
fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We strive
to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging
and purpose, learning from the unique experiences of those around
us. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply, regardless of
race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual
orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status,
disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or
caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected

group while maintaining the autonomy of a private practice. We are
currently looking for fully remote, board-certified or
board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national team.
