The nurse will care for childbearing-aged women and newborns. Patient ratios include 2-1:1 in LDRP and 3 couplets to 1 in Post Partum. Experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum nursing is essential. Candidates should be focused on patient experience, teamwork-oriented, and eager to learn.
