Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required to work as an L&D nurse in New Mexico Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP Must-Have Skills/Experience: Previous LDRP/PP experience Description: The role involves providing care in the Labor and Delivery unit. The nurse will care for childbearing-aged women and newborns. Patient ratios include 2-1:1 in LDRP and 3 couplets to 1 in Post Partum. Experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum nursing is essential. Candidates should be focused on patient experience, teamwork-oriented, and eager to learn. The environment requires adaptability and collaboration with the healthcare team. Clinical staff must complete a background check process and fingerprinting requirement to ensure safety.
