FHM(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required -AWHONN Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certifications. -BLS must be completed through the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or the American Red Cross. -Traveler must pass the BCA testing during the first week of the assignment.
