RadGov, Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, 87102! URGENT HIRING FOR REGISTERED NURSE MEDICL SURGICAL
Job Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Duration: 13 weeks GTDW: 48hrs
Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) Description: Provide direct,
evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical
and postoperative conditions. Perform comprehensive patient
assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in patient
status. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and
treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility
protocols. Coordinate patient care with physicians,
interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal
outcomes. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care
plans. Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges,
including patient education and documentation. Support pain
management, wound care, telemetry monitoring (if applicable), and
post-surgical recovery. Maintain accurate and timely charting in
EMR systems. Ensure patient safety through fall prevention,
infection control, and adherence to hospital policies. Educate
patients and families on disease processes, medications, and
discharge instructions. Respond to emergencies, including rapid
response and code situations. Delegate tasks appropriately to LPNs,
