Skills/Experience: Previous experience in Labor, Delivery,
Recovery, and Postpartum Description: The facility is a major
healthcare provider with a focus on acute care. It has a total of
47 beds and employs 300 healthcare professionals. The nursing unit
consists of 4 labor rooms and 4 postpartum rooms. Patient ratios
are 2-1:1 in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum, and 3
couplets to 1 in Postpartum. The electronic health record systems
used are OBIX, Medhost, and GUI. The patient population includes
childbearing-aged individuals and newborns. Candidates should be
patient experience focused, teamwork oriented, and eager to learn.
Common diagnoses and treatments involve Labor, Delivery, Recovery,
and Postpartum care. All clinical staff must complete required
background checks before being hired. A determination code will be
generated upon background results for compliance purposes.
Professional attire includes scrubs, and casual wear is not
