are seeking an experienced and flexible Travel Registered Nurse
(RN) to provide high-quality patient care on short-term assignments
in various healthcare facilities. The Travel RN will quickly adapt
to new clinical environments, deliver safe and effective nursing
care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
meet patient and facility needs. Key Responsibilities Provide
direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and
facility policies Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
individualized patient care plans Administer medications, IV
therapies, and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions
and promptly report changes to providers Perform and assist with
diagnostic tests and clinical procedures Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Collaborate
with physicians, nurses, and support staff across departments
Accurately document patient care in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and
regulatory standards Adapt quickly to new clinical settings,
workflows, and staffing models Requirements & Qualifications Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (compact license
preferred or willingness to obtain) Graduation from an accredited
nursing program (ADN or BSN) Minimum of 1–2 years of recent acute
care experience in specialty area Current BLS/CPR certification
(ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required depending
on assignment) Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings,
and health clearances Strong clinical, critical-thinking, and
time-management skills Excellent communication and adaptability in
fast-paced environments Ability to work independently with minimal
orientation Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and
reposition patients for extended periods Manual dexterity to
operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures Ability
to respond quickly in emergency situations Assignment Details (May
