be considered. Exciting opportunity for an experienced Stepdown RN
to provide critical care in a dynamic night shift role. This
position is located in Rio Rancho, NM, at a well-known medical
center specializing in cardiovascular care. The role offers

focus on cardiovascular patients. Location Insight: Rio Rancho is a

making it a great place to live and work. Schedule: Night shift,
4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00) Option to work either 36 or 48
hours per week Weekend rotations as needed Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required Minimum 1 year nursing
experience, preferably 2 years in stepdown or cardiovascular care
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; CPI certification
preferred Cardiovascular experience essential for this 55-bed unit
Experience with EPIC documentation system a plus Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit with a focus
on cardiovascular patients Manage nursing ratios approximately 1:4,
ensuring patient safety and care efficiency Participate in floating
within the hospital as required Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain
compliance with hospital protocols and standards Position Type:
