Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care on a
cardiovascular step-down unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Utilize EPIC documentation system to ensure accurate and timely
patient records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary
team members to manage 55 cardiovascular patients. Float as needed
to support unit staffing demands. Participate in rotating weekend
shifts to maintain continuous patient care. Qualifications and
Experience: Current RN licensure. Cardiovascular or step-down
nursing experience preferred (2 years ideal; 1 years considered).
BLS and ACLS certification required; CPI certification preferred.
Comfortable working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Schedule:
Night shifts, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts. Option for 36 or 48
hours weekly to fit your lifestyle. Rotating weekend work as
needed. Additional Details: Scrub color is flexible (no facility
logos). No on-call requirement. Block scheduling considered on a
