Occupational Therapist Opportunity Elementary and Middle School
Levels Location: Bernalillo, NM | Contract Position | School Year
(CSY) A school district in Bernalillo is seeking a dedicated
part-time Occupational Therapist to support elementary and middle
school students. This role involves a caseload of approximately
30-35 students, working 30 hours per week (.8 FTE). The ideal
candidate will have experience working in school settings and
readiness to provide services on-site. Responsibilities: Deliver
occupational therapy services to students at elementary and middle
school levels Collaborate with educational staff and families to
develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assess student
needs and track progress in alignment with educational goals
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant licensing
and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Valid NM Resident
Licensure for Occupational Therapists (NM RLD) or ability to obtain
prior to starting New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED)
license or eligibility to secure this credential School-based
occupational therapy experience highly preferred Ability to work
on-site; virtual service provision is not supported for this
