Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights, on call - Employment Type: Travel Shift Details - ? Schedule: Nights - Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12?hour shifts) - Weekend Requirement: Rotating — up to 2 weekends per 4?week schedule - On?Call Requirement: None routinely, - But may be placed on call if unit or hospital census is low - Floating Requirement: Yes - May float to sit, help with CNA-level work, or other units when census/acuity is low ?? Skills & Competencies - Current clinical knowledge appropriate for ER patient populations - Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with diverse age groups - Understanding and sensitivity toward patient rights - Ability to manage emergencies and crisis situations - Capable of working in fast?paced, stressful environments - Must meet physical demands: - Extensive standing/walking - Heavy lifting, pushing, transferring patients - Bending, kneeling, reaching - Normal or correctable hearing & vision - Fine motor coordination Requirements/n?? Licenses & Certifications (Required)/nActive RN License/nNew Mexico RN license OR Compact state license/nBLS (AHA) – Required/nACLS (AHA) – Required/nPALS (AHA) – Required (or ENPC accepted)/nTNCC or ATCN – Required/nCPI or Equivalent – Preferred, not required/n??
