care. Get to Know Your Team: - Lovelace Medical Center is an acute
care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care,
including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services,
non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and
oncology services. Responsibilities: - Provides clinical leadership
and promotes quality patient care by training and leading assigned
staff. - Collaborates with the manager and/or director in
developing and revising department quality assurance, performance
improvement, policies, procedures, and protocols. Serves as a
department liaison and first line of contact with patients,
providers, and staff. - Coordinates and oversees the safe delivery
of complex, non-routine treatments of patients. - Performs
facility-specific specialty procedures as required. Adheres to
policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and
patient safety. Qualifications: Job Requirements: - Associate's
Degree or Diploma from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. -
Supervision/Management knowledge and experience; Clinical/Specialty
expertise. - One year of critical care experience and one (1) year
of related supervisory/lead experience in a hospital setting. -
Current NM Respiratory Care License; BLS. ACLS or National
Specialty Certification. Preferred Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s
Degree in a related field; Certification in clinical specialty. -
Three (3) years of related experience. - AARC Membership; National
Specialty Certification
