Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Rio Rancho, New Mexico,

NIH Preferred Must-Have: COVID vaccination required, religious and
medical exemptions accepted with completion of exemption form
signed by a provider Experience in Med/Surg, colostomy care,
feeding tube care and management, blood product administration,
central line blood draw, peripheral line care/management,
phlebotomy, PICC line management, starting IVs, heparin, CVA,
orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, surgical drains,
CPAP/BiPAP, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oral
suctioning, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tank, tracheostomy
management, isolation precautions Description: Seeking a registered
nurse with a specialty in medical surgical nursing. The nurse will
manage a patient ratio of 1:6. First-time travelers are accepted.
Weekend shifts may be required based on census and staff
availability. Clinician will float within scope to meet facility
needs. Experience with typical medical surgical patients is
essential. Common diagnoses may include CHF exacerbation,
pneumonia, cellulitis, alcohol withdrawal, fractures needing
surgical intervention, small bowel obstruction, pancreatitis,
sepsis, and cardiac events. The unit does not administer titrating
drips, except for heparin. Additional skills required include wound
care and management, telemetry monitoring, and non-invasive airway
management. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy,
respiratory services, and social services. Note: Candidates must
adhere to specific compliance requirements and restrictions on time
