LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Espanola, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 11 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Position Summary The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple departments and locations. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and experience working in fast-paced hospital environments while supporting safe and efficient patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care using the nursing process - Ensure care is safe, effective, timely, and patient-centered - Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care - Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams - Follow and document clinical protocols and standards of care - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders - Identify and address patient and family education and discharge needs - Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel - Maintain competency and unit-specific education Required Qualifications Education - ADN or ASN Licensure & Certifications - Active New Mexico RN License or Compact License - BLS - ACLS - PALS (All must be AHA, American Health and Safety, or client-approved) - Must pass BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias) exam during first week (Failure to pass will result in dismissal) Required Experience - Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty - At least one completed 13-week travel assignment - Comfortable in fast-paced, floating environments - Strong team player with flexibility Preferred Experience - EPIC charting (training available) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
