Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,308 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 6 months recent Home Health Care experience License: Current RN license required Certifications: BCLS, MOAB Must-Have: MOAB Certification is required. If the traveler does not already have the MOAB certification, they will receive a 4-hour de-escalation course during their first week. If they do not pass, their contract may be subject to cancellation. No locals within 75 miles. COVID vaccination is required, with religious and medical exemptions accepted upon completion of a COVID exemption form signed by a provider. Home Health travelers will be required to complete a second set of fingerprints upon arrival if children are present in the homes. Description: This position involves providing care to patients in their homes. The clinician will be responsible for admission assessments, significant changes in condition, and care management. Experience with colostomy/ileostomy management, G-tube site care, drain management, and wound care is beneficial. Skills in pain assessment and management, clinical documentation, and the coordination of services are essential. The clinician will obtain vital signs and manage urinary catheters. All applicants must have the ability to function independently. The position offers a daily patient census of 190 and an expected number of visits per day of 5. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, interpretation services, and social services. All candidates must be available to fulfill compliance requirements within the first 1-2 weeks after signing. Drug screenings are required within 30 days of starting the position.
