Job Description Job Description Outpatient Physician – Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Salary Range: $263,000 – $300,000 per year Setting: Outpatient, Team-Based Care Position Summary An established outpatient healthcare organization is hiring a full-time Physician to deliver comprehensive medical care focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management. This position offers clinical autonomy, strong interdisciplinary support, and meaningful patient relationships. Essential Duties Provide continuing and comprehensive medical care to patients and families Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and order appropriate medical services Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modification Coordinate care with specialists and refer patients as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams Participate in care model optimization and quality improvement programs Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Records Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Active California medical license (unrestricted) Valid DEA registration Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in outpatient or community-based care Multilingual abilities highly valued Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
