About the Role We are seeking Flight Nurses to join an elite air medical transport team based in Albuquerque, NM , with occasional travel to Grants, NM, or Tucumcari, NM. In this role, you will provide advanced patient care during critical emergency transports, working alongside a dedicated crew to ensure safety and excellent outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform complex assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments for critically ill and injured patients during transport. Document detailed and accurate information for patient care and billing purposes. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, clinical rotations, and ongoing education. Maintain compliance with all certifications and regulatory standards. Operate within the scope of practice as defined by the local Department of Health Services. What You Bring Active RN License : Valid in the state of employment. Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in critical care or emergency settings. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred). Specialized Credentials : CFRN certification within 24 months of hire. Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Preferred Qualifications : Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay : $28.73–$41.01 per hour, with annual earnings of $97,452–$139,208. Location Bonus : Up to 15% for eligible candidates. Additional Incentives : Shift bonuses, annual safety bonuses, and employee rewards.
